• A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking and if cancellation is necessary, refundable up to 7 days prior to occupancy.
• Payment of a bond is payable and balance of accommodate is due 7 days prior to arrival date (if timing permits or by other arrangements)
• If cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to arrival date – 50% can be refunded.  If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival date it is non-refundable.
• Unless accommodation can be re-let. Balance of the rental amount must be received 7 days prior to arrival date or by arrangement – if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it.

To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with:

• The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing.
• Parties and functions are strictly prohibited unless prior discussion has been entered into with the owners.
• Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
• Departure – the property should be left in the same state to its condition on arrival.
• Where a bond applies, this is payable at the same time as the balance amount.   The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the property and contents being left in condition as on arrival.
• The bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage, loss or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
